You had us at Cape Cod, but when we heard oceanfront and 10 steps from a private beach! WOW!  We just had to sit down and dream. Imagine a carefree week, whale watching, and water activities of all kinds. Take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, or stay close to your home beach, and your book.
This stunning home sleeps 15 and has everything: a gourmet kitchen, large dining area and family rooms with water views. There’s four bedrooms, including one with four bunks, and a third-floor suite with a private bath. A gas fireplace and wet bar make the family room a great place for games after a day in the sun.
Hupp House is available for a week in Summer 2024 (except August 1-16)
